National Outdoor Education Program of the Year!

We are completely blown away to have won such a special award. This has been a remarkable team effort and we would like to extend our immense gratitude to our partners and supporters. Thank you to The Outdoor Education Group, Alexandra Secondary College and a particularly special thank you to Clare Dallat and all the key people that have built the foundations of this program and supported its success every step of the way. And of course, thank you to all of our amazing supporters and all the inspiring girls who have taken part in the Alice Sloan Expedition over the past 16 years.

A report to be proud of!

The Alice Sloan Expedition and Leadership Program has been independently evaluated by Victoria University. This evaluation aimed to explore participant experiences and outcomes. Specifically, evaluating if, and how, the program contributed towards developing empowerment and leadership. The findings indicate that camp participation led to perceptions of enhanced empowerment and leadership, and a sense of community, which all contributed positively to personal outcomes. We are very proud of these findings and thank all Alice Sloan Trust supporters for contributing to the existence of this program.
